Skyline Event Rentals is a family-operated event rental business based in Carlisle, Massachusetts, built around a simple idea: offer straightforward, dependable party rental options at a fair price while making the process easy for local families and event hosts.
Owner Patrick Murphy has deep roots in the Carlisle and Concord communities and is known for the same professionalism, responsiveness, and strong client relationships that have shaped his work across multiple businesses. In addition to Skyline Event Rentals, Patrick is also an active Realtor serving Carlisle, Concord, Billerica, Chelmsford, Lincoln, Sudbury, and surrounding Massachusetts communities.
Before launching Skyline, Patrick built his career in finance, serving as CFO for a private equity investment firm with a substantial real estate portfolio, ownership in other service-based businesses, and consulting work with both private and public companies.
But like many entrepreneurs, priorities shifted.
After starting a family, the long commute, demanding corporate schedule, and constant grind no longer aligned with the life he wanted to create. Skyline Event Rentals grew from a desire to build something more local, more flexible, and more personally rewarding — a business centered around helping people celebrate meaningful moments while delivering the kind of service he would want himself.
Patrick graduated with honors from Northeastern University with concentrations in both Finance and Entrepreneurship, bringing a thoughtful, organized, and customer-focused approach to every event.
When he is not working, you will likely find him coaching hockey at Concord Carlisle High School or spending time with his family.
